Mesa Franca is an author-driven contemporary Colombian restaurant and wine bar in Bogotá's Chapinero Alto, founded in 2016 by chef Iván Cadena with sommelier María Paula Amador and bar director Tom Hydzik. The kitchen centres on a wood-fired hearth and Colombian criollo and indigenous ingredients, paired with a strong wine list and an experimental cocktail programme.
