Pre-sale of Event Tickets

1. The Mastercard Collection Pre-sale 
           The Mastercard Collection Pre-sale will run from 27th October, 2026, 11 am IST till 28th October, 2026, 11.00 am, IST. 
2. Mastercard Pre-sale 
           The Mastercard Pre-sale will run from 28th October 2026, 11 am, IST till 30th October 2026, 11.00 am,  IST. 
3. General Sale 
4. General sale will begin on 30th October 2026 at 11 am IST. 
5. A maximum of 10 tickets can be purchased by a registered user on BookMyShow using a valid Mastercard card during the Pre-sale Period. 
6. Eligible cards for The Mastercard Collection Pre-sale are Mastercard World, Mastercard World Select, Mastercard World Elite & Mastercard World Legend issued globally. 

Event Terms & Conditions

1. By accepting, holding or using a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, accepted and agreed to the full terms and conditions and privacy policy of BookMyShow website. 
2. Admits one (1) person. Children aged 0–5 years may enter the festival free of charge on showing a valid ID proof. Children aged 5 years and above (born before 27 March, 2022) must hold a valid ticket in the same category as the accompanying parent/guardian. Anyone below the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult, and children must remain under the supervision and responsibility of their parent or legal guardian at all times. 
3. Rights of admission reserved with the organiser. 
4. Ticket sales are limited to a maximum of 10 per transaction. 
5. Tickets for the Event will be issued in the form of wristbands with a unique RFID code, which will be home delivered to the delivery address provided at the time of booking. Only valid wristbands will be accepted for entry to the venue. 
6. Wristbands must be worn securely at all times. Wristbands that are lost, misplaced, damaged through misuse, removed or tampered with will not be replaced. Wristbands are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Patrons found without a valid wristband will be asked to leave the venue. 
7. Please enter the full and correct name which may be used for on-ground verification/authentication at the venue. Carry a soft copy of your valid Govt. ID proof. 
8. In order for wristbands to be valid, on arrival at the show the transactor may be asked to provide all of the following items alongside their wristband(s): i) Photo ID (Driving licence, Aadhaar card); ii) Booking confirmation email; iii) Lead purchaser’s mobile number. 
9. Only tickets purchased through BookMyShow are valid for admission. 
10. Any tickets purchased by businesses or traders in breach of the terms and conditions of ticket sale will be cancelled. By accepting these terms and conditions you confirm that you are a consumer. Your ticket(s) will IMMEDIATELY BECOME INVALID if RESOLD or OFFERED FOR SALE. Tickets sold via third parties and other unauthorised outlets, including online auction sites, are not valid for admission. The resale of a ticket renders it invalid and may lead to refusal of entry. 
11. Any ticket that has been duplicated, altered, tampered with, fraudulently obtained, resold in breach of these Terms or otherwise invalidated may be cancelled without refund. 
12. Ticket prices are subject to change at the sole discretion of the organiser. 
13. The ticket holder acknowledges that the Event may involve loud music, strobe lighting, pyrotechnic effects, lasers, crowd movement and other production elements which may affect certain individuals. Attendance is at the ticket holder’s own risk. 
14. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate or modify the Event, in whole or in part, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, operational requirements, artist requirements, governmental directions, safety concerns, force majeure events or any other reason determined by the Organiser in its sole discretion. In the event of cancellation, refunds (if applicable) shall be limited solely to the face value of the ticket actually paid by the ticket holder and shall exclude all booking fees, processing fees, transaction charges, delivery charges, travel costs, accommodation costs, parking charges or any other incidental or consequential expenses. The Organiser shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special losses arising from such cancellation, postponement, rescheduling or modification. 
15. The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event layout at its own discretion without any notification. 
16. The organiser reserves the right to change the venue (location) of the show at its own discretion. The organiser will communicate any changes post any new venue being confirmed. No refunds will be offered in this situation. 
17. You agree to assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting COVID-19, H1N1, and/or its variants or any other communicable disease or illness, or a bacteria, virus or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, however caused or contracted, and voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims against the organiser. 
18. Entry will be permitted after thorough security check and through specified entrances only. 
19. Re-entry is not permitted. 
20. Your ticket purchase constitutes a personal, revocable licence and, at all times, remains the property of the promoters. 
21. The Organiser does not guarantee the quality, unobstructed nature or line of sight of any view from any seat or standing location. Views may be affected by venue structures, production equipment, safety barricades, cameras, lighting rigs, weather conditions, security requirements or the movements of other attendees. Such circumstances shall not entitle any ticket holder to a refund, exchange or compensation. 
22. The Organiser shall not be responsible for interruptions, delays, visibility issues, audio quality issues, temporary service outages or other inconveniences arising from technical failures, utility disruptions or telecommunications failures beyond its reasonable control. 
23. The Organiser, BookMyShow and their affiliates shall not be responsible or liable for any statements, acts, omissions, conduct, performances, content or opinions of any artist, performer, speaker or other participant before, during or after the Event. 
24. No outside food, beverages, liquids, bottles, cans, tins, bags, lighters, matchboxes, matches, flammable items, or any illegal or hazardous substances are allowed inside the venue. Check the list of Prohibited Items before arriving. 
25. Ticket holders’ belongings will be searched on entry to the Event. If the ticket holder elects not to consent to such searches, and/or is found in possession of Prohibited Items, they may be denied entry to the Event without refund or other compensation. 
26. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any booking that appears to have been made for commercial resale, promotional activities, contests, sweepstakes or other commercial purposes without prior written consent. 
27. The Event is a drug-free event. Consumption of banned items/substances is strictly prohibited at the venue. Any ticket holder found using, procuring, possessing, supplying and/or partaking in drugs or narcotics and/or psychotropic substances as defined under The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, at the Event will be evicted immediately from the Venue and will not be refunded and/or compensated in any manner. Additionally, the organiser reserves all rights to initiate all available proceedings and actions under law against such ticket holders. 
28. Organiser has the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder appearing to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, and/or otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately, or for any other behaviour likely to harass persons, cause damage, injury, and/or nuisance at the Event. The organiser’s decision is final in this regard. 
29. By entering the Venue, the ticket holder irrevocably grants the Organiser, BookMyShow, Venue and their authorised partners the right to photograph, film, record and otherwise capture their image, likeness, voice and appearance in connection with the Event and to use, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, display and exploit such recordings worldwide, in perpetuity and in any media now known or later developed, for promotional, advertising, commercial, archival and editorial purposes without compensation. 
30. This ticket is issued according to the rules and regulations of the event organiser and the management of the venue and the ticketing company BookMyShow. 
31. Ticket holders shall comply with all directions, instructions, safety announcements and emergency procedures issued by the Organiser, Venue personnel, security personnel and emergency responders. Failure to comply may result in removal from the Venue without refund. 
32. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the aggregate liability of the Organiser, Venue, BookMyShow and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and contractors arising out of or in connection with the Event shall not exceed the face value of the ticket purchased by the ticket holder. Under no circumstances shall the Organiser be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, special or exemplary damages. 
33. In accordance with the law, visitors aged under the legal permissible age limit are not permitted to purchase/sample alcoholic drinks. 
34. The organiser and the venue shall not be liable for any difficulties caused by an unauthorised copy or reproduction of this ticket or wristband. Except as set out herein the ticket is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, cancelled or returned once bought. 
35. The ticket fee is refundable in the event the performance is cancelled by the organiser. Any other fees in connection with the performance including parking fees, per ticket internet handling fee, delivery fee and per order processing fee shall be non-refundable. 
36. The advertised artists, performers, speakers, supporting acts and programme elements are subject to change without prior notice. No refund shall be payable solely on account of changes to the line-up, performance schedule, supporting acts, programme content, set duration or artist substitutions. 
37. The Event may proceed irrespective of weather conditions unless otherwise determined by the Organiser. Adverse weather conditions shall not entitle ticket holders to any refund, exchange or compensation unless the Event is cancelled in accordance with the Organiser’s refund policy. 
38. The wristband is not valid for entry if its security features have been tampered with. 
39. The Organiser shall not be liable for any delay, postponement, modification or cancellation of the Event arising out of acts of God, natural disasters, floods, storms, earthquakes, pandemics, epidemics, government orders, regulatory restrictions, civil unrest, riots, strikes, lockouts, labour disputes, war, terrorism threats, artist illness, artist travel disruptions, venue unavailability, utility failures or any other event beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser. 
40. Your co-operation is solicited. 
41. The Organiser reserves the right to remove, eject or refuse entry to any person whose conduct is deemed unsafe, unlawful, offensive, disruptive, threatening, abusive, discriminatory or otherwise inconsistent with the safe enjoyment of the Event by other attendees, without refund or compensation. 
42. All performances, content, trademarks, logos, artwork, recordings and other intellectual property associated with the Event remain the property of the respective rights holders. Any unauthorised recording, reproduction, transmission, distribution, commercial exploitation or publication is strictly prohibited. 
43. Personal belongings brought into the Venue remain at the sole risk of the ticket holder. The Organiser, Venue and BookMyShow shall not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal property. 
44. Any dispute or claim to be settled shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai. 
45. These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organiser. 
46. All secondary performances (if any) and line-up are subject to Artist’s discretion. 
47. The views expressed by the artist either in course of their performance, or on their social media channels, or any third party channels and platforms, online or offline or otherwise (collectively, “Channels”), are personal, solely their own and neither represent those of BookMyShow or the producer – BookMyShow Live nor are they endorsed in any manner by BookMyShow, its associates and affiliates. 
48. In order to maintain high quality of user experience, Bigtree may collect certain information (including but not limited to personally identifiable information) from you such as name, e-mail address or telephone number at the time of booking/registration/payment. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you hereby give your consent to Bigtree to collect, receive, possess, store, deal and handle all information as provided herein for its own purposes in accordance with BookMyShow’s Privacy Policy (https://in.bookmyshow.com/privacy). 
49. A ticket holder grants the organiser and BookMyShow the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, edit and distribute in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any tape made of the holder’s appearance (audio, video, or photographic) on any channel for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotion relating hereto. 
50. Ticket sales shall be governed at all times by BookMyShow’s Terms and Conditions (https://in.bookmyshow.com/terms-and-conditions).
