Celele is the culinary home of Proyecto Caribe Lab, a multi-year research initiative documenting hundreds of ingredients across the Colombian Caribbean. Set in a restored house in Cartagena's Getsemaní neighbourhood, it serves contemporary Caribbean Colombian cuisine rooted in wild harvests and coastal traditions. In 2025 it entered The World's 50 Best Restaurants at No. 48 and won the Sustainable Restaurant Award.
