"The Demon Chef," known for using only seasonal Hong Kong-sourced ingredients in order to minimise food waste and reduce his carbon footprint. You'll taste dishes showcasing Hong Kong's rich culinary history, using fresh local produce, protein, and more. Plus, indulge in Chef Leung's creative new dessert, Strawberry Inspection, with sumptuous strawberry compote, hawthorn sorbet, and beetroot tuile. As part of their Priceless Planet Coalition, for every booking made, a tree will be restored on the diner's behalf, with a goal to reforest 100 million trees worldwide.
