The Experience
Carmen Cartagena is the coastal sister to the acclaimed Carmen Medellín, set in a restored colonial house in the city's walled Centro Histórico. Part of Grupo Carmen, founded by chef-owners Carmen Ángel and Rob Pevitts, it serves contemporary Colombian cuisine with a Caribbean emphasis, built on local seafood and regional ingredients.

It is the coastal counterpart to the Medellín flagship within Grupo Carmen.
