Carmen is one of Medellín's most established fine-dining destinations, opened in 2009 by chef-owners Carmen Ángel and Rob Pevitts. In the El Poblado district, it serves contemporary Colombian cooking with Asian and Californian influences. Its in-house Bar Carmen earned a place on The World's 50 Best Bars 2025 — Medellín's first appearance on that list.
