The Experience
Leo is chef Leonor Espinosa's flagship in Bogotá and one of Latin America's most acclaimed restaurants. Its research-driven 'Ciclo-BioMe' tasting menu explores Colombia's extraordinary biodiversity through native, often little-known ingredients sourced from indigenous and Afro-Colombian communities. In 2022, Espinosa was named The World's Best Female Chef — the highest global honour ever awarded to a Colombian chef.
