- For 1:05 p.m. games, please arrive at 10:30 a.m.
- For 1:35 p.m. games, please arrive at 11:00 a.m.
- For 4:05 p.m. games, please arrive at 2:00 p.m.
- For 6:35 p.m. games, please arrive at 4:00 p.m.
- For 7:05 p.m. games, please arrive at 4:30 p.m.
- For 8:05 p.m. games, please arrive at 5:30 p.m.
- Experience must be booked at least 7 days in advance ( July 28) or until sold out, whichever occurs first
- Package price listed is for 1 pair of tickets (2 tickets total)
- Each cardholder may purchase up to 2 pairs of tickets (4 tickets total)
- Limited quantities are available; experience is provided on a first-come, first-served basis until sold out
- Accessible entrance, bathrooms, seating, and ramp are available upon request
- Please note that batting practice may be canceled without notice at the manager's discretion
- If you arrive late, there are no guarantees that you and your guest(s) will be accommodated on the field or that your visit will be rescheduled
- Mastercard is not responsible for any costs associated with any cardholder's or cardholder's guest's accommodations or transportation to or from the venue
- Each cardholder and their guest(s) will need to sign a waiver to participate in the experience
- You must provide a valid email address to receive additional experience information, which will be sent after purchase
- Due to demand, tickets can be electronically distributed 24-48 hours prior to the experience
- Should the experience not take place, amount paid will be refunded within 30 days of scheduled date
